  • Drive customer landing, expansion, adoption, and renewals
  • Translate strategic objectives into Celonis use cases
  • Evangelize the Process Intelligence Platform
  • Communicate value opportunities to C-level executives
  • Act as an executive sponsor for customers
  • Solidify Celonis as a strategic transformation platform
  • Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey
  • Facilitate business value workshops
  • Identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities
  • Build strategic expansion roadmaps
  • Embed Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform
  • Drive adoption and expansion within customer organizations
  • Present results and realized value to senior management
  • Ensure customer success and architect improvement measures
  • Manage change within the customer base
  • Provide product feedback based on new use cases
  • Develop talent through structured enablement
  • Focus on career development and mentorship
  • Lead by example and demonstrate leadership principles
  • Allocate resources to meet sales targets
  • Communicate successes and flag risks proactively
