- Demonstrating Celonis Process Intelligence power
- Accelerating value realization with dashboards, Apps, Action Flows
- Project management: scope, expectations, timelines
- Leveraging Celonis Ecosystem partners
- Preparing and communicating results to stakeholders
- Preparing and communicating results to management
- Experience with Celonis value selling methodology
- Experience with customer journey stages (discovery, qualification, value assessment, PoVs)
- Demonstrate full value potential of Celonis Process Intelligence
- Identifying and prioritizing use cases

- Driving subscription renewal/expansion

Aufgaben
- Identify and frame value for prospects and customers
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey
- Translate customers’ strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Evangelize Process Intelligence across prospects and customers
- Communicate value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
- Serve as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio
- Solidify Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform
- Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey
- Support deployment of new features, apps, and products
- Advance strategic growth programs for value creation
- Ensure customer success and architect improvement measures
- Manage change within the customer base
- Pioneer new methodologies within Celonis’ Value Engineering organization
- Direct Celonis Value Engineering, Services, and Ecosystem resources
- Create durable value for customers
- Build strategic customer relationships as an executive sponsor
- Host QBRs and EBRs to communicate results and realized value
- Recruit the next-generation of Celonis Value Engineers
- Set high standards for candidate excellence
- Develop world-class talent through hands-on engagement
- Provide continuous feedback and active mentorship
- Lead by example and demonstrate Celonis Leadership Principles
- Effectively allocate Celonis resources
- Deliver on company sales, renewals, value, and adoption targets
- Communicate success and risks proactively within the organization
