- •Expertise in consultative selling and methodologies

- •Negotiation and executive communication skills

- •Fluent German language skills

- •Drive net-new enterprise customer acquisition across Central Europe
- •Engage and close deals with C-level economic buyers
- •Build a personal network of enterprise decision-makers
- •Apply MEDDPICC and other best-practice sales methodologies
- •Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle
- •Maintain strict CRM discipline and pipeline transparency
- •Lead complex deals involving digitization and sustainability strategies
- •Act as the senior escalation point for strategic deals
- •Position the company as a strategic partner through ROI cases
- •Recruit and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team
- •Drive sales cadence and execution discipline across the team
- •Collaborate with Channel Sales to leverage partner lead generation
- •Partner with Marketing to convert events into measurable pipeline
