- Define and evolve user research strategy with Product Design and Product Management, aligned with business outcomes
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research for product goals and user flows
- Embed research into shaping and discovery rituals to inform early product decisions
- Lead end-to-end research operations, including recruitment, compliance, and user samples
- Synthesize findings into clear deliverables
- Engage stakeholders
- Drive a user-centered product culture
- Create rigorous, repeatable research protocols
- Build a scalable user knowledge repository
- Enable research at scale across squads using templates, guidelines, and frameworks
- Act as a strategic partner for Product and Design
