- 3-5 years IT project management experience, leading software development or IT infrastructure projects
- Experience in dynamic international environments and process optimization expertise

- Proficient in German and English; additional language skills advantageous

- Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects
- Develop detailed project plans
- Collaborate with Head of Infrastructure and Head of Business Applications
- Manage project communication
- Serve as main point of contact for updates, issues, and progress
- Analyze and evaluate completed projects
- Conduct process reviews
- Identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation
