Anforderungen
- Very good Turkish and good English
- Service-orientation, communicativeness, and friendly customer interaction
- Confidence in using a PC
- Desirable prior work in service organizations
- Familiarity and activity on social media
- Familiarity with online advertising products/vendors
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fast learner and diligent worker
- Provision of background checks and certificates
- German residency excluding specific federal states
- Experience in customer service
- Online Advertising Experience as a plus
- Required English and Turkish skills
- Legal authorization to work in Germany
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries
- Handle requests via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues using various tools and systems
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal groups
- Maintain specific KPIs to ensure support efficiency
- Assist users with technical inquiries
- Forward technical concerns to subject matter experts
