- German residency excluding specific federal states
- Experience in customer service
- Advantageous online advertising experience
- Arabic (C2) and English (B2)
- Required Arabic and English language skills
- Legal authorization to work in Germany

- Ensure an optimal customer experience across channels

- Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal groups
- Maintain KPIs to ensure efficient customer support

- Raise technical concerns to subject matter experts
