- •Flexibility to cover service hours in a rotating multi-shift system
- •Confidence in using a PC
- •German residency
- •Ability to fulfill requirements for a remote workplace
- •Willingness to continuously expand skills
- •Experience in customer service
- •Recognized qualification and experience in customer service support
