- •Create value messaging and target key steps for account execution
- •Leverage the extended team for impactful engagement
- •Engage with customer C-level executives to understand their goals
- •Develop measurable outcome propositions with decision makers
- •Manage accounts through the entire sales process
- •Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business forecasts
- •Collaborate with channel partners to drive new revenue
- •Provide regular customer feedback to product and marketing teams
- •Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within accounts
- •Generate new business by developing leads and expanding accounts
- •Sell complex service engagements and seek alternative solutions
- •Act as a Trusted Adviser for customers to identify win/win situations
- •Help develop success reference stories for customers and the company
