Technical Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Technical account management for FCC products and Refining Catalysts in the chemical industry. 5 years refining industry experience, including 2 years in FCC or resid hydroprocessing, required. Regular customer travel expected.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Refining Industry
- At least 2 years experience in FCC or resid hydroprocessing
- Excellent organizational skills

Aufgaben
- Manage customer sales and technical relationships
- Expand customer relationships for FCC products and services
- Ensure safe and ethical organizational operations
- Manage account relationships across Refining Catalysts' product lines
- Maintain strong customer technical and commercial relationships
- Design, implement, and update customer account plans
- Drive sales for new and existing accounts
- Understand industry trends and competitive landscape
- Identify ways to add customer value
- Share insights internally
- Advise on Grace product use, properties, and modifications
- Manage customer technical requirements
- Create customer reports with R&D and statistical tools
- Develop and propose value-adding solutions
- Visit refineries for technical service
- Present reports illustrating customer value
- Train customers on new products and technology
- Ensure appropriate delivery of products, services, and information
- Undertake additional project tasks as needed
