Global Account Manager - Bilfinger Industries(m/w/x)
Developing value propositions and account plans for global industrial services clients. Key account management experience preferred. International environment, challenging projects.
Anforderungen
- University degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in industrial services industry
- 3–5 years of Key Account Management experience preferred
- Proven experience developing and directing implementation of key strategic initiatives and projects across multiple geographies and business units
- Experience leading indirect teams in a matrix or functional organization
- Strong commercial understanding and complex negotiation experience
- Ability to identify market needs and convert them into viable business opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Excellent influencing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business acumen
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing ambiguity and organizational change
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Develop comprehensive value propositions for strategic global accounts
- Create account plans with objectives, actions, and responsibilities
- Analyze customer structure, decision-making processes, investment plans, and competitive positioning
- Build trusting relationships with customer purchasing, operations, and management
- Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with business units
- Establish and develop professional account management processes
- Maintain a consistent image for customers
- Contribute to product development and portfolio optimization
- Gather customer feedback through regular reviews and satisfaction surveys
- Identify improvement measures based on customer needs
- Report on short- and mid-term prospects, sales pipelines, and quarterly long-term initiatives
- Use Salesforce for reporting
- Ensure all actions align with Bilfinger’s ethical standards and Business Code of Conduct
