International Key Account Manager(m/w/x)
Managing international global solutions clients for a European Payroll & HR provider. 5+ years in payroll/HR services, international outsourcing experience, and fluent English/German required. Workation (4 weeks/year, EU only), flexible hours, and free language courses.
Anforderungen
- At least 5 years work experience in contractual/commercial role in payroll & HR services sector
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of international outsourcing solutions and technology
- Fluent English and German language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong commercial, contractual, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead customers independently and with credibility
- Creative thinker and implementer, pragmatic decision-making respecting processes
- Well organized, respecting deadlines and agreements
- Flexible and prepared to travel, mainly throughout Europe and occasionally to other continents
Aufgaben
- Manage International Global Solutions clients
- Serve as single point of contact for large enterprise and mid-market GS accounts
- Achieve ACV growth by up-selling to existing customers
- Extend current major contracts
- Understand and propose solutions based on client requirements
- Reinforce strong relationships with top clients
- Convince clients of SD Worx’s added value
- Discuss payroll outsourcing and HR themes tactically and strategically
- Follow HR trends and modernizations
- Map out the market and set up a business plan
- Detect needs and opportunities
- Create a positive image of SD Worx as a global Payroll & HR provider
- Act as contact owner for commercial, contractual, and escalation issues
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and other key stakeholders
- Connect regularly with local sales and operations teams
- Engage with Product Management and Partner Management teams
- Work with Solution Consultants and the Bid office
- Coordinate with Corporate Legal
- Maintain strong relationships with partners
