- Strong cloud services understanding
- Strong cloud architectures understanding
- Strong security best practices understanding
- CSP level certifications preferred
- Familiarity with container technologies
- Familiarity with Docker
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with container security considerations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to drive technical issue resolution
- Proven track record building client relationships
- Proven track record maintaining client relationships
- Proven track record driving customer success
- Proven track record exceeding performance targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience
- B.S. in similar field or equivalent experience
- Legal right to work in country without visa sponsorship
Aufgaben
- Plan and execute customer adoption strategies
- Provide expert deployment and operational guidance
- Establish a Wiz Center of Excellence
- Serve as primary technical liaison for questions
- Collaborate with Support and Product Management
- Contribute to customer workshops
- Develop trusted advisor relationships
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
- Increase platform adoption and retention
- Foster customer satisfaction
- Develop and guide Success Plans
- Measure and report key performance indicators
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with Engineering and Support
- Advocate for customer needs across departments
- Offer insights on new Wiz features
- Manage account escalations effectively
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams
- Identify opportunities for platform expansion
- Maintain up-to-date Wiz platform knowledge
- Monitor cloud security threats
- Expand knowledge of Wiz ecosystem
