Technical Account Manager(m/w/x)
Coordinating technical project milestones and client engagement plans for Dataiku's Universal AI Platform. Native or bilingual German proficiency and Linux system administration skills required. Close collaboration with Customer Success Managers and account teams.
Anforderungen
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Experience supporting both pre- and post-sales engagements
- Proficiency in Linux system administration, including networking
- Experience with identity and access management tools (e.g., LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, IAM)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting and tuning
- Familiarity with the Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystems
- Experience with Python
- Data-Science knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Java
- Familiarity with ML-Ops practices and tools
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with customers to identify priorities and develop engagement plans
- Manage project milestones with Customer Success Managers and clients
- Provide regular status updates and proactively identify issues
- Serve as a central point for client technical information
- Contribute to account strategy with the broader account team
- Support the Field Engineering team through documentation and process improvements
- Act as the primary technical advisor for client teams
- Guide clients on Dataiku platform architecture and deployment
- Assist with platform operations and upgrades
- Share best practices for platform usage
- Advise on security, data management, and compute resources
- Support ML-Ops, monitoring, and scaling strategies
- Help clients integrate the product into their systems
- Troubleshoot technical challenges for clients
- Capture client feedback and feature requests for Product and Engineering teams
- Advise client tech leaders on complementary technologies and long-term strategy
- Explore advanced use cases involving Dataiku, such as edge computing and deep learning
