- Own and manage a portfolio of assigned customers in English and Spanish
- Monitor and ensure customer API usage and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Engineering
- Identify and pursue new technology partnerships
- Explore integration opportunities to expand the ecosystem
- Manage customer expectations and drive satisfaction
- Design and implement customer onboarding processes
- Work with Support on escalated tickets
