- •At least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter
- •Experience with high growth staff planning in a KPI driven environment
- •Proven experience in direct talent sourcing techniques and tools
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Experience collaborating and influencing tech and product leaders
- •Strong problem solving skills with a solutions first approach
- •User first attitude with ability to understand stakeholder needs
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to transform healthcare
- •Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus
