• •Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to understand hiring goals and talent priorities

• •Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across Product, Data, and Engineering
• •Serve as a trusted advisor on market dynamics and candidate expectations
• •Collaborate with the TA team to streamline recruitment processes and interview frameworks
• •Use data to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruiting workflows
• •Partner with talent teams to improve onboarding and offer acceptance rates
• •Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate feedback
• •Lead debriefs to ensure alignment on hiring outcomes
• •Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance TA effectiveness
