Aufgaben

• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to understand hiring goals and talent priorities
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top technical talent
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across Product, Data, and Engineering
• Serve as a trusted advisor on market dynamics and candidate expectations
• Collaborate with the TA team to streamline recruitment processes and interview frameworks
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruiting workflows
• Partner with talent teams to improve onboarding and offer acceptance rates
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate feedback
• Lead debriefs to ensure alignment on hiring outcomes
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance TA effectiveness
• Deliver key engineering and product hires within target timelines
• Maintain robust and diverse candidate pipelines
• Achieve high hiring manager and candidate satisfaction scores
• Implement impactful process improvements that scale with growth
