Aufgaben

• •Lead and inspire a team of 10 order coordinators
• •Facilitate daily interactions and provide team training
• •Act as the escalation point for team members
• •Generate and present periodic management reports
• •Manage workload to ensure daily task completion
• •Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
• •Ensure on-time product delivery at customer sites
• •Monitor product availability and capacity planning
• •Process deliveries and maintain order documentation
• •Collaborate with sales, production, warehouse, and export departments
• •Correspond daily with international colleagues
• •Participate in the company leadership program
