Anforderungen

  • 1+ years of experience leading a BDR or SDR team in B2B SaaS
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Hunger, structure, and drive to win
  • Comfort with owning team performance and driving results under pressure
  • Love for cold outreach and inspiring team mastery
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g. SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger)
  • Strong understanding of outbound strategy, prospecting tools, and sales automation
  • Thinking in KPIs and making data-based decisions
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English

  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 7 BDRs
  • Act as a coach on messaging and outreach tactics
  • Set ambitious targets for the team
  • Support the team in reaching and exceeding targets
  • Engage directly with prospects through calls and emails
  • Foster a strong team culture focused on ownership and learning
  • Develop and optimize scalable outbound workflows
  • Implement automation and AI tools for efficiency
  • Ensure effective execution across outreach channels
  • Introduce outbound playbooks to enhance pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing on messaging
  • Track team performance and analyze outreach data
  • Report on team KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
