Anforderungen
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
- At least 1 year in a sales leadership role in high-growth SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
- High motivation, resilience, and results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Close deals within your personal quota
- Lead the team to exceed sales targets
- Build and coach a high-performing sales team
- Provide structured training and hands-on deal support
- Manage team performance and development
- Join critical customer conversations
- Challenge assumptions and eliminate risks
- Design winning game plans with Account Executives
- Support negotiations and business case development
- Implement and coach on proven sales methodologies
- Create a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct regular training in discovery and negotiation
- Drive team performance through metrics tracking
- Conduct pipeline reviews and action planning
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Leverage AI to enhance team productivity
- Experiment with new approaches and share successful workflows
