- Coach team members to empower high performance
- Drive team KPIs for adoption, retention, and expansion
- Ensure measurable and visible delivery excellence
- Act as an escalation point for complex stakeholder situations
- Support enterprise customers as a strategic executive sponsor
- Create demonstrable customer value and ROI
- Navigate risks and unlock expansion potential
- Operationalize scalable processes, playbooks, and automation
- Advise enterprise organizations on AI-driven CX journeys
- Present the company's value narrative to clients
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Maintain feedback loops for customer-first decision-making
