- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities
- Ensure smooth operation of Salesforce and integrated applications
- Guide the team in meeting business requirements
- Enable the team to provide technical support
- Mentor team members in resolving bugs and user queries
- Involve the team in project design and deployment
- Organize team capacity for projects and operational tasks
- Establish trusting relationships with stakeholders
