Team Lead of BD - DACH(m/w/x)
Leading a direct sales team for new client acquisition of PMS/payments solutions in hospitality. Proven experience in hotel technology sales and deep understanding of German/Austrian hospitality market required. Regular travel for client acquisition.
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in sales or business development in hotel technology
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Deep understanding of the Austrian and/or German hospitality market
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Aufgaben
- Drive new logo acquisition and ARR growth in assigned territories
- Manage and develop a team of Business Developers focused on direct sales
- Execute the go-to-market strategy and ensure operational excellence
- Own a personal sales quota focused on new logo acquisition
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, product presentations, contract negotiations, and closing
- Represent the company in key sales meetings and pitches to secure strategic deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Developers to achieve targets
- Implement the commercial strategy locally, adapting it to market dynamics
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members
- Ensure adoption of sales processes, tools, and reporting
- Act as the operational link between field insights and global strategic priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations
