Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in e-mobility or energy sector
- Experience working with larger accounts/companies, especially in energy sector
- Proactive, independent working style with a 'get it done' attitude
- Knowledge of CRM tools, e.g., Salesforce
- Native-level German speaking proficiency
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

- Grow the software business in the German energy sector
- Establish vaylens backend as a solution provider for energy supply companies
- Enable efficient operation of charging infrastructure
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Analyze trends to identify opportunities in the energy sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive sales margin and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure customer retention through strategic touchpoints and success planning
- Manage and prioritize activities using the sales stack and CRM
- Track customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records
- Collaborate with internal teams to support energy sector partners
