Aufgaben
- Manage the full sales process for independent agents
- Present the complete product portfolio to agents
- Lead agent onboarding from contract negotiation to activation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collect and submit required documentation for onboarding
- Support new locations during ramp-up to maximize revenue
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing agents
- Conduct regular visits to top-performing locations
- Proactively resolve issues within the agent network
- Achieve productivity and revenue targets across locations
- Oversee the full agent lifecycle in your assigned region
