- Oversee daily CC/DCC operations
- Ensure operational quality
- Drive operational efficiency
- Control operational costs
- Ensure timely, accurate shipment consolidation and forwarding
- Develop and implement localized processes and standards
- Optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain high-quality outputs
- Act as main operational escalation point
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges
- Monitor facility KPIs (throughput, lead times, error rates)
- Control facility KPIs
- Provide regular KPI updates to stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the CC/DCC team
- Foster a high-performance culture
- Foster team engagement
- Collaborate with central teams (Transportation, Warehousing, Planning)
- Ensure operational alignment
- Ensure seamless operational integration
