Aufgaben
- Analyze and visualize material and information flow
- Improve material and information flow in Interroll plants
- Identify value-adding and non-value-adding steps
- Optimize production based on identified steps
- Design production processes to minimize waste
- Design production workflows to minimize bottlenecks
- Design production processes to maximize value-add
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Develop lean-based Best Practices
- Communicate SOPs and Best Practices across plants
- Implement SOPs and Best Practices across plants
- Initiate and lead cross-department lean projects
- Conduct workshops and trainings for personnel
- Foster a mindset of continuous improvement
- Promote waste reduction and value creation
- Contribute to developing a strategic lean roadmap
- Align the lean roadmap with operations strategy
- Define, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Industrial Engineering
- Stay updated on production processes
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Stay updated on lean manufacturing best practices
- Collaborate closely with IE departments and internal stakeholders
