Head of Global Bioprocess Service(m/w/x)
Leading global service strategy and customer support for life science lab equipment. International leadership in matrix organizations and building global service teams required. 6 weeks vacation, remote work across Germany.
Anforderungen
- University degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
- Proven track record of building and leading international service organizations
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution management within the life science / lab equipment industry
- International leadership experience in matrix organizations and multicultural teams
- Very good command of English, German skills are an advantage
- Strong leadership personality with strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, analytical strength, and results orientation
- Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and motivational leadership style
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage the global Bioprocess Service and Customer Support organization
- Design and implement a sustainable global service strategy
- Develop new business models for service delivery
- Manage and enhance international service teams, including Field Service and Technical Support
- Ensure effective global complaint management and timely resolution of customer issues
- Build and transfer application knowledge within the service organization
- Conduct global training for customers and service staff
- Drive new service concepts to maximize recurring revenue streams
- Define and implement worldwide service policies and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Logistics, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Portfolio teams
- Represent and position Bioprocess Service both internally and externally
