Anforderungen
- Significant full-cycle TA experience in global, fast-paced environments
- Fluency in German and English; Dutch an advantage for multi-country support
- Proven sourcing depth across German and international channels
- Strong interviewing, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation skills
- Experience producing data-led insights for hiring decisions
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders confidently
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, transformation-focused environments
- Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers, CR Business Partners, regional leaders
- Workday experience highly desirable
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, online research
- Right to work in Germany
Aufgaben
- Advise hiring teams and senior leaders
- Build strong, effective relationships
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Utilize employer branding and social channels
- Leverage German market tools and referrals
- Promote internal mobility for talent acquisition
- Partner with Head of TA on talent metrics
- Inform planning with data and insights
- Promote internal mobility for colleagues
- Champion TA initiatives
- Lead referral programs and regional hiring projects
- Partner with CR Business Partners and leaders
- Align TA strategy with business direction
- Ensure diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring
- Deliver a first-class experience to candidates and managers
- Maintain focus on quality, care, and pace
- Perform other duties as required by senior management
