- Proven experience in project-based procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in construction, engineering, or technical infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Familiarity with construction materials, technical equipment, and services for ground systems or industrial infrastructure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for cost control, documentation, and compliance
- Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and construction professionals
- Problem-solving skills and proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP procurement systems and MS Office
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to define procurement requirements
- Source and purchase specialized materials, equipment, and services
- Leverage existing supplier relationships and negotiated contracts
- Lead procurement activities for project-specific items
- Develop and manage project procurement schedules
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and contractors
- Generate and process detailed procurement documentation
- Monitor and track project procurement budgets and expenditures
- Identify and manage supply, logistics, and compliance risks
- Ensure adherence to export control and customs regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve procurement issues
- Participate in project review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support other procurement projects as needed
