- Prepare RFQs and RFPs
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
- Propose solutions for procurement process issues
- Navigate situations with incomplete information
- Research and resolve procurement discrepancies
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and inquiries
- Coordinate with project management, finance, and logistics
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Execute data entry and reporting in SAP
- Align procurement strategies with internal stakeholders
- Provide strategic procurement advice to senior management
