In this role, you will manage the procurement of high-precision mechanical components while ensuring a resilient supply chain for high-volume manufacturing. Your daily responsibilities will include supplier management, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with various teams to optimize resources.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Industrial Engineering or technical qualification with additional training
• •5+ years’ experience in strategic and operational purchasing
• •Solid technical understanding of products and manufacturing processes
• •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• •Proficiency in working with ERP systems
• •Solution-oriented and independent working style
• •Enjoyment of negotiating and open communication
• •Efficient work habits and strong self-organization skills
• •Willingness to travel occasionally

Aufgaben

• •Manage procurement of mechanical parts with complex surface finishing
• •Ensure supply chain readiness for high-volume manufacturing
• •Oversee RFQ-to-Procure-to-Pay cycle management
• •Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance
• •Manage supply chain financials, including costing and pricing
• •Identify and qualify new suppliers
• •Evaluate and report on supplier performance indicators
• •Take commercial responsibility for selected suppliers post-onboarding
• •Negotiate framework agreements for serial deliveries and new projects
• •Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies
• •Act as a key supplier liaison for effective relationship management
• •Assist with order processing for operational purchasing
• •Collaborate with planning, logistics, and production teams
