Aufgaben
- Purchase materials, machinery, and services
- Monitor inventory and manage delivery scheduling
- Negotiate with suppliers for essential items
- Act as primary procurement interface for programs
- Align engineering, operations, and suppliers
- Drive procurement deliverables across all phases
- Support Make/Buy decisions and cost modelling
- Select suppliers with category management
- Manage precision mechanical and vacuum components
- Procure optics and electrical modules
- Manage cleanroom-grade material portfolios
- Conduct RFQ processes and technical evaluations
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Ensure supplier readiness for high-mix production
- Drive cost reduction and value engineering
- Implement continuous improvement with stakeholders
- Monitor supplier performance and quality
- Manage OTD and adherence to specifications
- Oversee supplier change control processes
- Mitigate long-lead material risks
- Manage machining tolerances and special processes
- Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management
- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams
- Support BOM reviews and engineering changes
- Introduce new suppliers and materials
- Facilitate handover from development to production
- Ensure long-term supply chain stability
