  • Financial institution capital markets origination experience
  • Familiarity with securitisation, risk transfer products, credit portfolio management
  • Banking background with client relationship management and deal negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe
  • Proven track record in structured credit origination, structuring, or financial institution capital markets origination
  • Banking background with European banks experience
  • Experience with Securitization Risk Transfer (SRT) products
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to manage complex transactions and multi-stakeholder relationships
  • High level of professionalism and client focus
