You will drive the full investment lifecycle for energy infrastructure, from sourcing Swiss and German deals to managing assets and mentoring the team to ensure long-term value creation.

Anforderungen

• •Master or Ph.D. in business, natural, or engineering sciences
• •Investment experience in energy or infrastructure sectors
• •Experience managing teams and complex deals
• •Strong network in the energy market
• •Profound understanding of M&A and due diligence
• •Familiarity with project financing and commercial expertise
• •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• •Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach
• •Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Identify and originate energy infrastructure investment opportunities
• •Leverage networks and market insights for sourcing
• •Lead transaction execution and financial modeling
• •Perform valuation analysis and prepare investment memoranda
• •Manage multi-disciplinary due diligence workstreams
• •Coordinate external advisors and internal experts
• •Structure transactions and negotiate key terms
• •Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• •Present investment strategies aligned with company objectives
• •Manage assigned portfolio companies and assets
• •Represent the company on Boards of Directors
• •Monitor operational and financial performance and risks
• •Implement corrective measures for asset performance
• •Prepare insightful client and investor reporting
• •Execute strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio value
• •Collaborate with management teams to drive performance
• •Mentor and guide analysts and associates
• •Manage projects and facilitate team knowledge sharing
