  • Proven sales experience from leading financial institution
  • Strong analytical capabilities

  • Familiarity with Swiss private banking landscape
  • Commitment to strengthening internal partnerships

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in advisory or sales role
  • Experience with P&l KPI
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Proven track-record developing clients / RM collaborations
  • Strong desire to succeed in sales-oriented environment
  • Passion for financial markets
  • Broad understanding of various asset classes
  • In-depth expertise in at least one asset class area
  • Advanced knowledge of Structured Products
  • Knowledge of Structured Products design, pricing, and application
  • Ability to analyse client situations
  • Ability to identify client needs
  • Ability to develop tailored solutions
  • Skilled in simplifying complex concepts
  • Skilled in creating engaging advisory materials
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency in VBA
  • Ability to apply technical skills to analyse and solve complex problems
  • Fluency in German
  • Fluency in English

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and post-sale support
