- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace Engineering, including stress analysis, supplier integration, certification, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in aerospace interiors dynamic and static structural certification requirements
- Experience with aircraft interior commodities such as Seats, Galleys, and Lavatories
- Experience in leading complex projects and influencing team members and stakeholders
- Solid expertise with Catia V5 / V6, ENOVIA, IVT, and FEM
- Principled, reliable professional valuing integrity, safety, and accountability
- Comfort with a variable work statement and flexibility for global meetings
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Relocation assistance not negotiable
- No Security Clearance required

Aufgaben
- Support production of various Boeing aircraft models
- Ensure structural integrity for major Interiors products
- Collaborate with global seat manufacturers to address design challenges
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving for seat integration
- Coordinate activities with customers, regulators, and suppliers
- Set technical direction and manage integrated schedules
- Prioritize tasks to drive project success and mitigate risks
- Collaborate across functions to resolve design and verification issues
- Develop and implement improved processes and tools
- Promote the adoption of emerging technologies for efficiency
