- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

- Develop and document structural and interior system requirements
- Integrate and validate analytical and test results
- Supervise supplier development and production activities
- Coordinate with suppliers to optimize design and integration
- Create new design and analysis processes and tools
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure quality standards
