Aufgaben

  • Lead a team of three in acquisition and activation for the German market
  • Co-define the growth strategy with the Head of Direct Acquisition
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to build acquisition systems
  • Translate complex data into actionable strategies for scalable and profitable outreach
  • Build and maintain proprietary systems and models for German operations
  • Optimize the user experience for a frictionless onboarding process for small businesses
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making impacts real-world commercial outcomes
  • Define hypotheses and lead cross-functional initiatives for measurable results
  • Own the roadmap for engaging German businesses with robust tech and clear commercial goals
  • Deeply understand the German SME lending landscape and customer needs
  • Translate market and customer insights into product problems and commercial opportunities
  • Inform targeting and segmentation strategies for Marketing and Sales
  • Develop tools like lead scoring systems, eligibility checkers, and onboarding journeys
  • Evolve website content, sign-up flows, and decisioning logic to increase conversion
  • Help define team priorities, roles, and processes as we scale
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests for messaging, targeting, onboarding tools, and product flows
  • Identify opportunities using first-principle reasoning and data analysis
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of commercial strategy analysts and a data scientist
  • Align engineering, data, marketing, and commercial stakeholders around clear goals
  • Translate high-level business goals into testable hypotheses and actionable briefs
  • Establish the operating rhythm, rituals, and roadmap processes for the new team
