- •Highly organised and detail-oriented
- •Experience managing data in Excel or Google Sheets
- •Experience with SQL or data visualisation tools like Looker or Tableau
- •Proactive problem-solving skills
- •Clear communication skills
- •Fluency in German and English (at least C1)
- •Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- •Experience in SME lending
- •Experience with lead data management in the German market

- •Upload, score, and analyze leads
- •Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Looker
- •Track lead flow, conversion rates, and ROI
- •Support performance reviews with actionable insights
- •Ensure accurate data synchronization between systems
- •Maintain data integrity for attribution and reporting
- •Become the HubSpot CRM expert for the team
- •Use automation to enhance Sales team effectiveness
- •Design and run A/B tests on outreach cadences
- •Improve conversion rates through experimentation
- •Identify AI opportunities to optimize Outbound Sales
