Outbound Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Managing full sales cycle for complex financial products to entrepreneurs. High volume outbound cold calling proficiency and German fluency required. One-month fully paid sabbatical, ski chalet access.
Anforderungen
- At least two years of experience in a sales role
- Comfort and proficiency in making a high volume of outbound cold calls
- Fluency in German (native or C2 level) and professional working proficiency in English
- Highly motivated and target-driven mindset
- Experience selling a product or service to small businesses
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM system (Hubspot)
- Talent for explaining complex products in a simple way
Aufgaben
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of leads
- Take ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Identify and qualify prospects with a genuine need for finance
- Share best practices to shape the team’s sales strategy
- Communicate complex financial products simply and compellingly
- Develop pipeline management and closing skills in a supportive environment
- Exceed KPIs to drive sales growth with uncapped commission
