Strategic Executive Assistant to the MD(m/w/x)

- •4–8 years of experience in executive support, consulting, or project management roles
- •Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders independently
- •Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- •Strong sense of discretion and trustworthiness
- •Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- •Financial and analytical acumen with experience in finance roles
- •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- •Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- •Background in business operations, chief of staff, or management consulting
- •Understanding of scaling processes in a 100–200 employee organization
- •Interest in the housing or proptech sector

- •Manage the MD’s calendar and email
- •Align priorities with company and personal goals
- •Prepare and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- •Draft agendas, materials, and follow-ups for meetings
- •Coordinate personal appointments and commitments
- •Organize personal documents, including tax and insurance
- •Handle confidential asset-related matters
- •Draft, review, and proofread communications and presentations
- •Facilitate communication between the MD and the organization
- •Track progress of strategic initiatives across teams
- •Coordinate new business opportunities and capital raising
- •Launch new cities and implement operational playbooks
- •Manage the M&A pipeline
- •Define and drive project plans with the MD
- •Support the MD in preparing for executive meetings
- •Conduct research and prepare briefings and reports
- •Identify operational gaps and suggest workflow improvements
- •Foster collaboration among leadership team members
