- Experience driving transformation from within major global brands
- Experience driving Customer Experience (CX) or digital transformation projects
- Understanding internal dynamics of a global retailer
Aufgaben
- Partner with Co-Account Executive to define and execute multi-year strategy
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic roadmap
- Advise C-level decision-makers on AI-powered solutions
- Evangelize Customer 360 and Agentforce through strategic selling
- Lead virtual team of Specialist AEs, Solution Engineers, and others
- Align teams to ensure unified Salesforce vision and seamless experience
- Translate industry trends into business cases and ROI analyses
- Conduct strategic workshops to empower global business objectives
