- Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics
- Deep understanding of analog/digital circuit design
- Proficiency in Python test automation
- Proficiency in VBA test automation
- Proficiency in C/C++ test automation
- Proficiency in MATLAB test automation
- Strong knowledge of Chroma ATE
- Strong knowledge of Advantest ATE
- Strong knowledge of Teradyne ATE
- Strong knowledge of Cohu ATE
- Experience with statistic analysis tools
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Knowledge of I2C communication protocols
- Knowledge of SPI communication protocols
- Knowledge of SMBus communication protocols

Aufgaben
- Develop and execute test strategies for BMS products
- Oversee test program development for ICs
- Manage automated test equipment (ATE) development
- Drive design for test (DFT)
- Foster innovation and technical excellence
- Collaborate with design teams on DFT
- Define manufacturability flow
- Achieve best-in-class cost
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Ensure skill development and best practices
- Define test strategies for new BMS IC products
- Oversee test program and hardware interface design
- Debug automated test programs and hardware
- Ensure robust test coverage
- Guarantee product performance, reliability, and safety
- Monitor voltage/current, calculate state-of-charge, balance cells
- Analyze test data for yield and trends
- Drive root-cause analysis for failures
- Provide DFT feedback to design teams
- Ensure smooth design-to-production transition
- Manage test solutions with OSAT partners
- Address manufacturing test issues
- Ensure testing compliance with industry standards
- Comply with ISO 26262, IEC, AEC-Q100
- Drive continuous improvement in test efficiency
- Optimize test cycle time and costs
- Evaluate and deploy new test equipment
- Improve test capabilities with new technologies
- Develop and maintain test documentation
- Create test plans, procedures, and reports
