Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 5 to 12+ years experience with Automated Test Systems (ATE)
- 5 to 12+ years ATE test development experience (analog, digital, mixed signal)
- Strong focus on analog power management IC (PMIC) testing
- Programming experience (C++, basic, Perl, python)
- Experience testing/collecting data on IC chips/circuits
- Experience with standard testing tools (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers)
- Proficient with ATE analog/digital instruments
- Proficient with PCB layout parasitic reduction
- Strong debug/troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on experience debugging analog products with serial bus interfaces
- Experience with test hardware
- Experience with test program development
