Aufgaben
- Supervise the Nabern ATE Lab team
- Provide best-in-class support for NPI development
- Provide best-in-class support for qual generations
- Provide best-in-class support for sample generations
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians
- Manage daily test floor scheduling
- Manage daily test floor activities
- Ensure ATE equipment uptime
- Meet company-level KPI targets
- Meet OEE targets
- Provide technical insight to problem-solving
- Provide creative insight to problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal Renesas parties
- Collaborate with external suppliers
- Supervise 5-10 operators
- Delegate activities of team members
- Coordinate activities of team members
- Schedule activities of team members
- Develop pre-production work plans
- Monitor pre-production work plans
- Ensure on-time shipping requirements
- Troubleshoot process problems
- Respond to Manager regarding issues
- Drive technical innovation in the department
- Guarantee quality according to Renesas standards
- Follow processes according to Renesas standards
- Ensure products are handled per instructions
- Provide reports on results to management
