Aufgaben
- Lead product qualification for new BMS products
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards (AEC-Q100)
- Develop comprehensive product reliability plans
- Execute product reliability plans
- Oversee product reliability plans
- Develop characterization plans for BMS ICs
- Implement characterization plans for BMS ICs
- Test and validate BMS IC performance
- Work with design engineers on test programs
- Work with test engineers on test programs
- Create characterization test programs
- Create high-volume manufacturing test programs
- Apply statistical analysis to product data
- Monitor manufacturing processes
- Optimize manufacturing yield
- Define test limits
- Utilize statistical tools for issue resolution
- Resolve performance issues
- Resolve reliability issues
- Serve as product expert for APQP activities
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Develop Control Plans
- Complete Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation
- Drive functional safety (ISO 26262) compliance
- Support safety mechanism validation
- Perform fault injection testing
- Report on IC safety case
- Lead teams in analyzing customer returns
- Lead teams in analyzing production test failures
- Identify root causes of failures
- Implement corrective actions
- Utilize 8D methodology for problem-solving
- Utilize 8D methodology for reporting
- Act as primary technical interface for customers
- Act as primary technical interface for application engineers
- Act as primary technical interface for design teams
- Act as primary technical interface for test engineers
- Provide technical support during product integration
- Provide technical support during production ramp-up
