- Measure solution impact from pipeline through adoption
- Lead large-scale organizational and process transformations
- Partner with sales leadership on technical strategy
- Influence senior executives to align product roadmaps
- Optimize resource allocation across specialist cohorts
- Manage consumption models and M&A integrations
- Recruit and develop top-tier engineering talent
- Foster a culture of building and exploration
- Mentor leaders and define clear career paths
