Anforderungen

  • 5+ years experience in services sales, professional services, or consulting
  • Proven track record in supply chain focusing on grocery, CPG, and Life science
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • MBA as a plus
  • Ability to articulate services addressing client business challenges
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • German speaking
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and software implementation
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level customers
  • Understanding of project delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms

Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies
  • Drive professional services revenue growth
  • Co-sell services alongside software sales teams
  • Conduct needs assessments using the Composable Journey motion
  • Identify customer pain points and service opportunities
  • Qualify and close consulting and education opportunities
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention
  • Act as the primary services contact for territory clients
  • Build relationships with customer executives and technical leads
  • Present tailored service proposals and Statements of Work
  • Align pricing models with client goals and budgets
  • Expand business opportunities through collaborative customer relationships
  • Liaise with internal teams to establish client credibility
  • Provide industry best practice advice to customers
  • Partner with delivery teams to scope services accurately
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with success teams
  • Provide customer feedback to inform service development
  • Achieve annual professional services sales quotas
  • Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasts in CRM
