Anforderungen

  • Essential German fluency
  • 4+ years' SaaS sales experience (preferably B2B)
  • Drive, passion for sales, eagerness for commissions
  • Exceptional inside sales experience in metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Motivation, coachability, competitiveness, resilience, drive to win and excel
  • Energy, teamwork, exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
  • Ability to create weekly, monthly, 6-week sales forecasts
  • Exposure to CRM applications (Salesforce) for lead/opportunity/account management

  • Ensure customers optimize full potential of IT Complete
  • Collaborate with specialists and other teams
  • Engage customers in product value
  • Drive sales
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support teams
  • Address customer needs
  • Act as the voice of the customer
  • Influence continuous improvements
  • Participate in proactive meetings
