- Essential German fluency
- 4+ years' SaaS sales experience (preferably B2B)
- Drive, passion for sales, eagerness for commissions
- Exceptional inside sales experience in metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
- Motivation, coachability, competitiveness, resilience, drive to win and excel
- Energy, teamwork, exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
- Ability to create weekly, monthly, 6-week sales forecasts
- Exposure to CRM applications (Salesforce) for lead/opportunity/account management

- Collaborate with specialists and other teams
